Approved use

One Bill is a private business workspace for approved users and assigned companies. You must use your own authorized account, protect access to your device, and follow the permissions provided by your organization.

Business records

You are responsible for reviewing invoice numbers, parties, products, quantities, prices, taxes, transport details, e-Invoice data, e-Way details and exported records before relying on or submitting them. One Bill assists the workflow but does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

Account security

Google sign-in and email verification codes authenticate an approved email address. Do not share verification codes or permit unauthorized people to use your signed-in session. Notify support promptly if access may have been compromised.

Availability and changes

We work to keep One Bill reliable and synchronized across web and iOS, but maintenance, networks and third-party services can temporarily affect availability. Features may be improved or changed while preserving applicable records and access controls.

Acceptable use

Do not use One Bill to create unlawful or misleading records, bypass security, access another company without permission, disrupt the service, or introduce harmful content.

Exports and integrations

External portals and providers may apply their own terms. You remain responsible for confirming that downloaded PDFs, JSON files and other exports match the intended transaction before uploading or sharing them.
