Information we use

One Bill processes the verified email address used to sign in, the companies assigned to that account, and the business records entered by approved users. These records can include buyers, suppliers, products, invoices, credit notes, purchases, transport details, tax identifiers and documents generated from those records.

How we use it

We use account information to authenticate users and enforce company permissions. Business records are used only to provide billing, purchase, inventory, compliance, export and synchronization features requested by approved users.

Google sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, One Bill requests only basic identity information: your Google account identifier, verified email address and display name. One Bill does not receive or store your Google password and does not access Gmail, contacts, Drive or other Google services.

Storage and sharing

Website and iOS records use the same private cloud workspace. We do not sell billing data or use it for advertising. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate One Bill, or when disclosure is required by law.

Temporary invoice processing

Files submitted for invoice extraction may be processed temporarily to read purchase details. One Bill retains the resulting structured purchase record and removes temporary source files when processing is complete, subject to operational and security safeguards.

Security and retention

Access is restricted to approved accounts and checked again on the server for each company. Records are retained while required for the workspace, compliance, recovery or legitimate business operations. Super administrators control supported recovery and permanent-removal actions.

Your choices

You may use a Google account or an email verification code. Contact One Bill support to correct account information, request access assistance, or raise a privacy concern.
